Hello, my name is Eric Heimkes. I have been a member of St Timothy’s Catholic church since 2003. I converted to the Catholic Faith in 1999. I am married to Theresa Heimkes who teaches middle school at our parish school. I am the father of 2 boys, one attending college at NDSU and the other attending Annandale High School. Both spent their elementary years at St. Timothy’s school. I believe there is nothing more important as a parent than passing on our faith to our children. I am passionate about sharing and passing on the faith to the next generation. I am very much looking forward to engaging with and connecting with your sons and daughters about the treasures and genius of the Catholic faith that God has given us. I pray that I will be able to find interesting ways to share the faith with your children that will create a curiosity and desire to learn more about their faith. Being a catechist is a new adventure that God has called me to and I’m looking very forward to the coming year.

Curriculum:
We use an organized curriculum that focuses on the truths of the faith that have been taught throughout their faith formation years, with an emphasis on discussion and true understanding and mastery.
