I hope your week is going well.
I am writing to announce today that we have a new parish secretary for Saint Timothy’s. I am excited to announce that Paula Willard will begin as parish secretary in early May. I look forward to her starting, and I know that she will bring a number of gifts to the position. As you know, the parish secretary position at Saint Timothy’s involves many different jobs and responsibilities from the basics of answering phone calls to doing much of the financial administration for the parish operations. I’m grateful to have someone of Paula’s skillset and personality to handle the many tasks and demands of the position. Many of you will know Paula already as an active parishioner, someone who works in the school, helps in the church, and serves in the community. She is highly organized, professional, has a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and much more. Please join me in welcoming Paula to our parish staff. I also want to thank the many people who applied for the position. It was a difficult decision because of the many great candidates, and I’m grateful for their interest in the position.
Please join me in welcoming Paula to our parish staff.
I also want to thank Karrie Weber for helping to fill in for Tonya during the interim. She has been a great help to the parish and to me, allowing us to continue our operations smoothly until we could find someone to take Tonya’s position. I’m grateful that she was willing to help in this way and do it so well. Finally, I want to thank Tonya once again for all of her many years of service here at Saint Timothy’s and for her help during the transition as well. Thank you.
God bless the rest of your week ahead.
