BIBLE STUDY

Bible study meets weekly during two seasons: the fall season starting in September and in the new year starting January. Typically, the eight to twelve-week sessions include a workbook, viewing a DVD, small group discussion and personal “homework”. Each weekly session, held in the church basement, is 1 ½ – 2 hours in length and participants can choose from Tuesday evenings or Wednesday mornings.
Bible study started in the fall of 2006. Studies have included: The Bible Timeline, Exodus, Psalms, Matthew, Acts, Galatians, Revelations, and the Catholic Catechism. Most of the studies are programs offered by Ascension Press.
Plans for future studies include: Guide to Catholic Prayer (Sept 2019); Wisdom (Jan 2020); and Ephesians (Sept 2020).
