Lenten Adoration Night – Gethsemane

Hello all,

It was good to see many of you at the Mass this morning.  As a reminder, we will have a Mass tonight at 7:00 PM for Ash Wednesday.  Tomorrow, Thursday, we will have our Lenten Adoration Night, or Gethsemane.  It will be similar to our time of adoration during Advent, which many of you attended and enjoyed.  There will be Lenten reflections, meditative music, the opportunity for confession, time for quiet prayer, a candle-lit church, and much more.  It is meant to be a time for us to spend time with Jesus in the garden.  If you can make a holy hour, that would be great.  Otherwise, simply stop by for a few minutes of prayer or just to say “Hello” to the Lord, as you drive by the church.  Let’s pray for each other as a parish during this time, especially those who might be struggling and those who need our prayers and support in a special way.
