I wanted to update you regarding our parish staff. We were blessed to have Mr. Andrew Zeisel with us for the last five years in different roles in the parish and school. Most of you will know him as our director of faith formation. He also taught middle school religion at Saint Timothy’s School. Finally, he taught and led the RCIA process for those who were completing their initiation into the Catholic Church. As you can see, he did a lot for the parish and school.
Andrew has informed me that he has taken a position closer to home and will be leaving Saint Timothy’s towards the middle of June. I am sure it will be a great fit and move for Andrew but we will miss all of his work, his joyful and upbeat personality, his willingness to help in different roles and capacities, his lively teaching, his presence with the students and parents, and more. Please join me in thanking Andrew for all of his work here at Saint Timothy’s. He has obviously played an instrumental role in teaching and passing along the faith to our young people and our adults.
Thankfully, we will have some time to prepare for the transition and for Andrew to help prepare things for the person who follows him. We will formally be posting the position(s) soon and begin the interviewing process in the weeks ahead. If you or someone you know might be interested in helping in any or all of these roles, please reach out to me or the parish office for more information. For now, I wanted to thank Andrew for all of his work and wish him all the best in his new position. God bless all of you.
